Geekvape Aegis Legend 3 Setup and Care Guide

The Geekvape Aegis Legend 3 Kit is an advanced refillable system powered by two external 18650 batteries. The cells, e-liquid and replacement coils are separate consumables, so setup requires more steps than a built-in-battery pod kit.
The standard package pairs the 200W mod with a 5.5mL Z Fli Tank and two Z XM coils. The 0.15Ω coil is suited to a higher marked wattage range of 70-85W; the 0.4Ω coil is marked for 50-60W. Smart Mode can help establish a suitable range, but the rating printed on the installed coil remains the primary reference.
The device provides Touch Lock, Button Lock and Unlock settings. Confirm the selected lock state before carrying or storing the kit, and power the mod off when it is not in use.
Setup and Operation
1. Inspect two compatible 18650 cells and confirm that the wraps and insulators are undamaged.
2. Use a matched pair with the same brand, model, age and charge history.
3. Install the cells according to the polarity marks inside the battery compartment.
4. Press-fit the selected Z Series coil fully into the base of the empty tank.
5. Apply a small amount of e-liquid to the visible coil cotton before assembly.
6. Open the flip-top cap and fill through the designated fill port.
7. Close the cap and allow a new coil to saturate for 5-10 minutes.
8. Start within the wattage range printed on the installed coil.
9. Adjust the top airflow and select Power, Smart, Eco, Boosting, TCR or Memory mode.
10. Confirm the desired lock setting before use.
Charging, Maintenance and Storage
The mod includes a USB Type-C cable, but a dedicated charger suitable for removable lithium-ion cells may simplify matched-pair charging and inspection. Never charge or use a cell with a torn wrap, damaged insulator, dented casing or signs of overheating.
Keep the tank upright when practical, wipe condensation from the 510 connection, and clean the tank before changing to a substantially different e-liquid. Replace the coil when flavor or vapor performance declines or a persistent burnt taste appears.
Do not carry loose 18650 cells in a pocket or bag with keys, coins or other metal objects. Store cells in a protective case away from children, pets, heat and direct sunlight.
