Where do you ship?
i Vapes ships to eligible U.S. destinations where the products in your order can legally and operationally be delivered. Shipping availability may vary by state, ZIP code, product type, and carrier requirements. Your delivery address will be checked during checkout.
Why can't my address receive delivery?
Some addresses may be unavailable because of state or local restrictions, product-specific rules, carrier limitations, or address requirements. If no shipping option appears at checkout, we cannot currently ship that order to the entered destination.
Is an adult signature required?
Adult signature requirements may apply to regulated vape and nicotine-product shipments depending on the destination and delivery method. When required, an eligible adult must be available to accept the package and provide proof of age.
When do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available on eligible orders of $99 or more. Product eligibility, destination restrictions, and other shipping requirements still apply.
The qualifying order amount is calculated according to the total shown during checkout.
That prevents arguments about tax, coupons, etc.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact i Vapes as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We may be able to update the address before the order enters processing or fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared or shipped.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact i Vapes customer support as soon as possible with your order number, product name, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How long does order processing and delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, and applicable delivery requirements. Some vape-related shipments may require additional transit time compared with standard ecommerce packages.
If your actual current estimate is still 7–18 business days after dispatch, display that clearly here rather than promising faster delivery.
How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or return my order?
