RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of nicotine and tobacco products and applicable health and safety regulations, all sales are final on opened or used products. We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product was received damaged or defective (report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
- The wrong product was shipped (our error)
- The product arrived tampered or with a broken seal
We do not accept returns on e-liquids, opened disposable vapes, or any opened nicotine products for hygiene and legal reasons. For eligible returns, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback on a valid order is considered fraud. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and report fraudulent chargebacks to appropriate authorities.
